From 2008 to 2011 in Hyderabad as Area Head for Andhra Pradesh was a transformation journey. I want to thank Dr. Sridhar Rajagopal, Director and my team Sandeep Jakky, Varun Kumar, Satish Gowda and Suneetha for having contributed to my transformation.

 

We had won All India Best performance award for the years 2010 and 2011.Team building, innovation, passion, ownership, constant feedback and passion for Learning were some of the attributes for our performance.

 

Why Hyderabad Biriyani?

 

During 2009, our team had conducted 8 consecutive Saturdays Product training session to the dealers and contractors. We had coined it as “Biriyani Meeting”. Had trained more 100 people during these 8 weeks program. This initiative had an big impact on our performance and team building.

 

At the end of my Hyderabad journey, Learning & Development interest evolved in me.
